How to Fix a Bootloop of Death After iOS 9 Jailbreak on iPhone
Step #1. Download the right IPSW file from IPSW.ME
Step #2. Connect your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes.
Step #3. Restart your iPhone in recovery mode (Keep Sleep/Wake button pressed along with Home button unless you see iTunes logo on your iPhone screen).
Step #4. On PC, iTunes will ask you to choose any one option of the two: Update and Restore. Press ALT + Restore option and select the IPSW file you downloaded.
Step #5. After restore is completed, setup your iPhone but do not setup Touch ID, Passcode and iCloud/iTunes.
Step #6. Jailbreak your iPhone using Pangu tool.
Step #7. After Jailbreak process is completed, toggle off Airplane mode and launch Cydia. Let it process and respring itself.
Step #8. Now again open Cydia app and install Cydia Subtrate, and again let it respring the device.
Step #9. Now power off your device (Swipe to power off).
